Granulated Garlic (or Powder, whatever is available to you)
Granulated Onion (or Powder)
Low -Sodium Adobo
Low-Sodium season salt
Mix equal parts of each and store in a container. Sprinkle on foods as needed.
You can also adjust the seasoning to taste.
I store mine is a shaker bottle and leave it on my counter with the Salt and Pepper.
