Herb Paste

This is a pesto that can be used on any king of meat.  It is a stronger flavored pesto that would be too strong for fish or vegetables.  However, chicken and any other kind of protein would stand up well to it.

Use fresh ingredients to get that bright green color.

Fresh Rosemary - chopped
Fresh Sage -   chopped
Fresh flat leaf parsley - chopped
3-4 medium Garlic cloves chopped
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper - to taste

Finely chop all the herbs together with the garlic.  (A mini chopper works well for this).  Add enough olive oil to make a paste.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Set a side to wait for use.
